Mazda Euros (MX-5 Miata) Roadster Mclaren MP4/6 Honda Mercedes Two-Seater Race Car 1914

Mazda Euros (MX-5 Miata) Roadster

Plastic Model Kit by Tamiya
The Eunos Roadster is powered by a normally-aspirated 116 horsepower 1.6 liter, DOHC, 16 valve, incline four cylinder engine with electronically controlled fuel injection and ignition. The rear-wheel driven Eunos Roadster had the ideal 50/50 weight distribution when fully loaded, providing excellent handling. The contours of it's body are smoothly rounded, from the oval air intake in front to the distinctive taillights. It was designed from the outset as a convertible, and allowed the engineers to concentrate on creating a highly rigid open body structure, avoiding much of the chassis flex usually experienced with convertibles. The Eunos Roadster will certainly be the prize possession of those who own and drive it.
Scale: 1/24. Glue & Paint Required (not included)

Mclaren MP4/6 Honda

Plastic Model Kit by Tamiya
The McLaren MP4/6 Honda debuted at the United States Grand Prix, opening round of the 1991 Formula One season. Instead of the widely used high-lift nose, it featured a thin, linear front section and high side pontoons sporting oblong radiator air intakes. Front wing-tips featured cylindrical vortex generators to provide smooth airflow and effective down force. Featuring front/ rear push-rod suspension and hydraulic dampers with internal sensors, the cars damper movement and engine operation were monitored by a telemetry system and could be analyzed in the pit. The six-speed transverse gearbox and RA121E V12 Honda engine featured output of 780hp. The superior design and high-powered engine enabled the MP4/6 and driver Ayrton Senna to take 4 straight wins at the U.S., Brazil, San Marino and Monaco GPs, followed by victories at Hungary, Belgium and Australia, with driver G. Berger winning in Japan. Senna won the Drivers' Title and McLaren took the Constructors' Title in 1991.
Durable and accurately replicated die-cast metal suspension arms. Functional front & rear suspension features damper unit operated by bell crank. Cockpit instrument panel, shift knob, pedals and seat belt shoulder pad are all accurately reproduced. Accurately detailed V-12 engine, transverse gearbox and monocoque frame. Removable cowling allows display of interior of car. Turning steering wheel actually moves front wheels Includes markings and cowl screens for No.1 Senna and No.2 Berger.

Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 1/24 Mercury Cougar XR-7 Lowrider 1992 Mercury Custom Coupe 1949

Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 1/24

Plastic Model Kit by Tamiya
This 195mm long model impressively reproduces the SLR's elongated form, which is enabled by its front-mounted engine, a rarity among super sports cars. Accents such as front hood fin, and horizontal fins on fender slits are depicted by separate parts. Internal mechanisms reproduced by separate parts include supercharger and engine air box, which are simple to attach yet add incredible realism. The luxurious interior exhibits minutely detailed seats and dashboard controls. Gloss and matte-type metal plated parts as well as metal transfers ensure high quality finish. After assembly, the Gull-wing doors feature working hinges with metal shafts for realistic and smooth opening. Metal stays allow doors to be posed in open position for full display of interior. The front hood also opens with 2-step hinge, for range of movement just like the real car, and allows display of exquisitely reproduced engine upper surface.
