We don't do SPAM. We will not send you unsolicited email advertisements
without your expressed permission. We may send you a request to allow us to
place you on our email notification list, but will try to ensure that such a
request is made only once.

We will not sell, loan, give, or share your name, address, telephone
number, payment information or email address with anyone else. The information
we collect from you we will use only to communicate with you as our customer.

We won't "cold-call" you by telephone to solicit business.

We may send unsolicited advetising by conventional mail, but all such
mailings will be externally labeled as ours, so you won't even have to open the
envelope to know that it's from us. If you don't want it, just throw it away.

We do not dispose of intact documents containing customer or credit card
information. We shred or burn them first.

In the event that Uptown Sales may be acquired in whole or in part by
another entity, customer information will necessarily be a part of that
acquisition, and these policies may become secondary to those of the new
ownership.
